Castelli de Grevepesa is a modern social winery that was founded 50 years ago. They source their grapes from their 120+ members, all located in the various areas of the Florentine Chianti Classico region which includes the top wine villages of Panzano, Lamole, Val de Pesa and Bibbione. Respecting the region’s traditional viticultural and winemaking techniques, they are also looking to implement innovative methods in order to produce typical and affordable Chianti Classico wines. Rigorous selection of the grapes and strict control over the vinification process are key to acheive their goal.
