This seriously delicious wine, made with Grenache and Syrah, is Natural, containing no Sulphites, and also Organic and Biodynamic.
 Harvested at night to prevent oxidation and keep the freshness of the aromas and, fermented with natural yeasts and no sulphites were added. Intense red berry and cherry fruits with notes of spices, violet and liquorice. Generous on the palate with smooth tannins.

Domaine des Carabiniers in Roquemaure, near Avignon has used organic viticulture since 1977 and is now certified 100% biodynamic. This approach, along with its use of traditional methods and an intense passion for winemaking has enabled it to produce some of the best wines of the region and one of our favourite Rhônes.

Domaine des Carabiniers has been within the Leperchois family for many generations with the current generation practicing organic viticulture since 1977. In 1920, the family developed the old stable walls into a cellar in which the horse emblem for the wines was founded. Their 40 hectares of vineyards can be found on the right bank of the Rhône river, taking advantage of the sun exposure and drainage from the sandy and stony soils. The use of traditional, organic and biodynamic methods, along with the passion in which the wines are made, has allowed the estate to produce some of the best wines of the region. Certified 100% Biodynamic.
