Christmas Delivery Dates 2021
The last day for delivery in December 2021 will be the 23rd of December and delivery slots will be limited. All the food is delivered frozen, so it can be delivered in the weeks leading up to Christmas and kept in the freezer till it’s time to cook (NB – the large cuts of Christmas meat will require defrosting before cooking).
The next available date for delivery after December will be the 6th of January 2022.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to mainland UK including England, Scotland and Wales.
We are currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all the UK Islands.
In future and as our company expands, we hope to be able to deliver to every inch of the UK.

- Deliveries are made on Tuesdays to Saturdays.
- Currently no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.
- You can also choose a delivery date up to 6 weeks in advance.
- All our food parcels are dispatched on a next day service to ensure your food arrives in optimal condition.
- Please note, for all orders which include food, DPD cannot arrange for redelivery of a package. If you provide incorrect or inadequate address/contact details and the package cannot be delivered (or left at a suitable location, for example with a neighbour or a safe place), your order may be cancelled without refund.
- DPD will contact you with tracking details and your delivery time slot, as well as giving you the opportunity to give additional delivery instructions, such as where to leave the parcel if you won't be in.
Due to the specialist nature of our packaging and our necessity to deliver next day, we must include a delivery fee. We’ve tried to make this as fair as possible and keep costs to a minimum so we can pass on those savings to you.
How Our Delivery Works
As our food travels frozen this requires it to be collected from us and be delivered to you the next day by DPD.
At checkout you will be able to see a calendar with our upcoming availability for delivery. This is usually around 2-3 days ahead, however you can also choose to have a delivery on a Saturday (for a small extra cost) or another chosen date up to 8 weeks ahead.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive information from DPD with details of the delivery timings for your order.
Delivering to Your Home / Chosen Address
As this is a food order (and frozen food at that!), the package can’t be returned to the depot for redelivery and DPD has specific instructions to ensure they deliver on the day. We always recommend you leave instructions with DPD for your order in the case you aren’t able to be home (or at your chosen location) for delivery- DPD will email you with tracking details and instructions for how to tell the delivery driver where to leave your parcel. Please also make sure you provide the best contact number so the team at DPD can get in touch with you if needs be.
All of our frozen food travels in specially insulated boxes so they stay perfectly cool on their way to you. We recommend you place the frozen food in the freezer as soon as possible once received.
From our door to yours, we need to ensure our delicious meals make their way to you frozen. For this reason, we use specialist, insulated boxes and packaging for all our deliveries. After much research and testing we have chosen the most eco-friendly, most reliable and highest performing packaging available. We’ve taken particular care to choose packaging options which are sustainable, made from recycled products, can be further recycled or (better still) are biodegradable.
We also use specialist biodegradable packaging for our wine transport, and where possible our coffee too.
