For all orders, DPD will text and/or email you on the morning of delivery with details of the 2 hour delivery window. If you would like a before 12pm delivery or a Saturday delivery, please select the correct option during the checkout process.
If you have selected a Saturday delivery date, but then not checked the box for the Saturday delivery price during checkout, we will assume that you would like your order delivered on the Saturday selected, and add the charge during the dispatch process.
All our deliveries are through DPD, using a next-day service.
Yes absolutely, it will arrive frozen. We use a completely natural and high-performing insulator (wool!) and pack the boxes with ice packs to help keep your package cool on its journey to you. We recommend putting the frozen meals into your freezer as soon as possible once they arrive at their destination.
Yes, you will be required to give short instructions on where DPD can leave your package if you’re out or shielding at home. During the shipment process, DPD will contact you via email and text message (so please do give both your mobile number and email at checkout), and there will be easy instructions to follow if you need to give instructions on where to leave your parcel, for example in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
As this is a food order, the package can’t be returned to the depot for redelivery as DPD has specific instruction to ensure they deliver on the day specified. We advise to place the frozen food in the freezer as soon as possible once received.
Yes – DPD will send you your tracking details. Follow their prompts to view the tracking information online.
Yes, you can and some is even compostable! The cardboard box is already made from recycled card which can either be recycled again or composted. You can also remove the wool from its recyclable plastic lining and use it in your compost as well. (It also makes great cushion stuffing, plant protection from frost and snails and as it breaks down in the soil it releases important nitrates back into the ground). Even the paper and paper tape can also be recycled. Check with your local council to find out how best to recycle products in your area.
We need at least 48 hours or 2 working days (whichever is the longer) to make a cancelation or changes to your order.

We use DPD to send and track all our orders. They will have sent you a text or email with details of your tracking number so you can see online where it has gone. We are always happy to help, call our team on 02080767374.
If a meal defrosts, keep it in the fridge and cook within 48 hours. We don’t advise on re-freezing as this will change the taste and also alter the use by date. The best option is to cook and enjoy from the fridge.
Our cooking instructions are from frozen so timings will be shorter if cooking from defrosted. For oven cooking we advise you to check halfway through the suggested cooking time and continue to check every 5 minutes or so for the remaining time so you can make sure it doesn’t over cook or burn. For microwave cooking times will also be reduced however this will depend of the power of your appliance. Always ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
Before every product leaves us, we check everything carefully to ensure all products are in perfect condition. We also pack all items with the utmost care into our special boxes.
Should any of the trays have opened in transit, we recommend that when you receive it you cover the item in cling film, place in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
FOOD
We believe there is nothing quite as good as a home-made meal cooked with fresh ingredients. And by making our meals specifically to be frozen we are able to lock in that fresh, home-made taste and hold it there until you cook at home. All our food is hand-made and flash frozen on the same day, so our meals don’t require any added preservatives and the fresh fruit and vegetable retain their important nutrients.
Yes definitely! We have designed our meals to be cooked directly from frozen to make it super easy for you! Meals are flash frozen to seal in all the goodness. Just follow the cooking instructions on the packaging and serve!
If they do happen to defrost just make sure you keep them refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. We don’t recommend refreezing.
For many of the hot meals you can do both! Just follow the cooking instructions for that appliance, serve and enjoy!
There are a few meals that only work for either microwave or oven. This is because that type of meal requires a particular form of cooking that can only be achieved by cooking in the microwave or oven. This is not to say that you can’t use the other method, but it probably won’t be quite as good. And we want you to enjoy our food at its best.
The cooking instructions are on each product page, so you can see what we recommend for each.
All our food is hand-made by our team of talented chefs under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Owen Sullivan.
As in all kitchens, we use a wide variety of ingredients. We maintain strict guidelines within our kitchen to avoid cross contamination between dishes, but we cannot 100% guarantee that there are no traces of allergens.
We do not use tree nuts or peanuts at all in our kitchen or for any of our dishes. However, we cannot guarantee that other ingredients from our suppliers have not come into contact with nuts. To be certified nut-free is something we are working on and as a family business are very passionate about achieving.
Yes! Within our vegetarian range we have several vegan dishes, including the delicious Thai Yellow Butternut Squash Curry with Lemongrass and Galangal. Our ranges are expanding all the time, so do sign up to our newsletter so we can let you know when new products become available!
Wherever possible we look to use British and UK suppliers. We use British free-range chicken and farmed salmon from Loch Duart. Our beef, lamb and pork are all sourced from UK suppliers using UK farms. Our seafood suppliers wherever possible use sustainable, local, day boat fishing working from UK ports.
Our headquarters are perfectly located within a hub of UK fruit, vegetable and dry goods suppliers which means we can work directly with their teams to source the most select, freshest available ingredients, keeping food miles to a minimum.
Sure, that way it looks like you just casually whipped up a stunning meal in no time at all! Your friends and family will be very impressed by your culinary talents!
Please do note that our cooking times are designed for their original containers so the cooking times will likely be different. Just keep an eye while cooking and always make sure the food is piping hot (for the hot food) before serving.
And of course, the food can be transferred to your favourite dishes for serving after they are cooked in their containers.
Yes – the cardboard sleeve and the container are both recyclable, but the plastic film is not yet. We are always looking to upgrade to recyclable (or better yet compostable) options, so we will continue to look for options which completely remove plastic from our process.
WINE
There is a minimum order of 3 bottles, due to the specialist packaging and cost of delivery.
There is no minimum order for wine packages, but the minimum of 3 'loose' bottles will still apply.
We use specially made packaging manufactured from recycled materials to keep your bottles from breaking on their journey to you. The packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and compostable so you’re welcome to add it to the compost!
We use an inbuilt web app to check your age at checkout. If for any reason the app can’t verify your age, we may need another method (e.g. seeing your ID) to confirm your age, in which case we will contact you. If there is a delay in confirming your age, this may result in a slight delay in your order reaching you, for which we apologise, but we are legally obliged to ensure that all alcohol is only sold to customers over the age of 18, for the protection of minors. We thank you for your understanding.
If you have any problems trying to purchase alcohol online, please do call our team on 02080767374 and we’d be happy to help.
COFFEE
All the packaging can be recycled (subject to your local recycling facilities), and in addition all our coffee capsules are 100% compostable- so you can dispose of them in any way you like, even in your compost heap at home!
Our 100% compostable coffee capsules work in machines designed for the original 'Nespresso' style capsule.
Whether in your general waste, home compost heap, or buried in the ground, they will break down- so you can dispose of them as you please, with a clear conscience.
Firstly, you don’t have to return them anywhere to be recycled, as you do with other brands' aluminium capsules. So you save on time, and of course on the transportation emissions.
Secondly, the whole of our capsule is compostable. With the aluminium capsule, some of the elements aren’t recyclable (the coffee and the glue), so there is a costly process of cleaning to enable it to be recycled.
Thirdly, our capsules are made from a specially developed plant-based material, which uses significantly less energy and resources to make than an aluminium capsule.
Our capsules are made from a specially developed, oxygen-tight biopolymer, that guarantees a shelf life of at least 12 months. So using capsules can mean a lot less wastage from ground coffee or beans going stale if not consumed within two weeks of opening.
However, for those who love to brew their coffee from the bean, or from ground coffee, we have a fabulous range of Noble House Coffee Blends in bean and ground format that we are sure you will enjoy!
We choose only the best quality coffee from ethically operated cooperatives and we are then donating 10% of the green bean price per tonne (or 5% on our certified products), going directly towards education and social projects in the specific coffee growing communites.
Many of our coffees are also certified Fairtrade, and we always ensure that every cup of coffee you drink benefits the communities where the beans have come from. In addition, all our whole bean and ground coffees also support the Msia School Project in Tanzania.
