Champagne H. Blin uses mainly Pinot Meunier for their wines. Its red fruit aromas and high acid levels brings a subtle freshness and fruitiness. All wines are made from grapes grown on their own vineyards – a rare thing in the region – giving them full control over the quality and allowing them to follow a sustainable approach.

Sourced from 40 to 50 years old vines, this Champagne is made with 75 % Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Noir and aged on the lees for 3 years.

Aromas of fresh stone and citrus fruit alongside hints of freshly baked bread. Lively and elegant on the palate with fine bubbles.

Champagne H. Blin was founded in 1947, after Henri Blin, together with 28 other winemakers, bought a press house. Surrounding the village of Vincelles, in the Vallee de la Marne, the vineyards spreads over 118 hectares. Pinot Meunier thrives in this cooler area of Champagne and is the main grape planted alongside some Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
