A superb, and utterly unique, pink-tinged gin from William Grant's. Infused with rose petals and cucumber as well as the normal botanicals, this is a must for all gin-lovers.
In the summertime, Hendrick's makes a fantastically refreshing gin and tonic: serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice and garnish with thinly-sliced cucumber – delicious!
The Hendrick’s Gin Palace hails from the tiny seaside village of Girvan, which lies in Ayrshire, south-west Scotland. The distillery lies just a mile inland and overlooks the mysterious volcanic island of Ailsa Craig. This alluring outcrop lies uninhabited, save for a few gannets and puffins, but features in many local legends.
No other gin tastes like Hendrick's because no other gin is made like Hendrick's. Our gin is infused with the essences of rose and cucumber, delectably supported by no less than 11 botanicals from the four corners of the world. This concoction produces a refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma. Hendrick’s Gin is distilled in not one but two utterly dissimilar sorts of still. The two leaders of this particular ensemble of stills are the Bennett and the Carter-Head. The combination of these stills creates a smooth gin like no other that has the required character and balance of subtle flavours.
