Please follow these steps when purchasing a gift card, which will be delivered in the form of an ‘E-Card’:
- Personalise the card here on the page, with your choice of design to suit the occasion, and a message.
- Preview (if you wish) and add to basket/cart.
- At checkout, use your own email address as normal.
- No need to add a gift message or choose a delivery date at checkout- this is only for physical packages that we would send with our couriers.
- After checking out, you will receive an email with the gift card.
- Within this email will be a button that says ‘Schedule Gift Card’, which you can click on to send the card directly to your chosen recipient, either straight away or at a date in the future.
- If you would like to purchase more than one gift card, once you have personalised one, add to cart, and then personalise the next card; each card will be sent to you in a separate email after checkout, for you then to send on to each recipient. All you have to do is click on ‘Schedule’ in the email you receive, to send it to your chosen recipient.

Important Information:
- At checkout you will be able to select the next available delivery days.
- Deliveries are made on Mondays through to Saturdays.
- No deliveries on Sundays currently.
- All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day on your chosen service.
- Using our First Class Royal Mail service, we deliver to the whole of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all the UK Islands. Our expedited UPS service is only available throughout mainland UK. If you’re not sure if we can deliver to you, do email us at info@noblehouseprepared.com.
- If you provide incorrect or inadequate address/contact details and the package cannot be delivered, your order may be cancelled without refund.
