Deliciously plump and succulent, the sweet/tart fruit in our Apricot & Vanilla Jam makes one of our most delicate preserves. Enriched with Madagascan vanilla, unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice to create the most subtle of Rosebud jams. Naturally set by the properties of fruit alone.
Madagascan Vanilla pods are renowned as the best in the world because of a perfect climate, ideal soil conditions and diligent farming. This very special and rare spice, derived from the pods of orchids, combines beautifully and simply with the faintly tart flavour of apricots, a little fresh lemon juice and unrefined cane sugar to make a classic Rosebud Apricot & Vanilla Jam, one of the most understated and delightful of preserves.
