A pure, natural and delicious North Yorkshire wildflower honey sourced from field and hedgerow blossoms, including broad bean flowers and white clover. Chosen by Rosebud for the subtle delicacy of its English flowers and as a popular and lovely alternative to jam.
Provided by three Yorkshire bee keepers and foraged from the diversity of this large county. Deliciously sweet and mildly flavoured, with the subtlety of different field and hedgerow flowers as the spring and summer progress This special Yorkshire Wildflower Honey may vary from light gold to rich green-gold depending on the season and flowers available to nectar gathering honey bees. Especially selected by Rosebud to complete their delicious jams and sweet preserves.
