Our ground coffee has been ground to an ‘omni-grind’ level of coarseness, which will suit all methods of brewing, including cafetière, drip filter and of course the included aeropress. Adjust the strength of your coffee to taste, by altering the amount you use. As a guide, a 2-cup cafetière will need about 20g, a 6-cup about 30g, an 8-cup about 40g and a 12-cup about 60g. Once open, try to consume within two weeks, and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Full instructions for usage of the AeroPress are included in the box.
