The Champagne Option

We just love this champagne! Champagne H. Blin uses mainly Pinot Meunier for their wines. Its red fruit aromas and high acid levels brings a subtle freshness and fruitiness. All wines are made from grapes grown on their own vineyards – a rare thing in the region – giving them full control over the quality and allowing them to follow a sustainable approach.

Lovingly created from 30 to 40 years old vines, this Champagne is made with 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for 2 years.

Aromas of fresh white fruit, apple and hints of freshly baked bread. Lively on the palate with fine bubbles and a crisp acidity.

The Prosecco Option

Bottega White Gold: A beautiful prosecco in a stunning silver bottle, the Bottega White Gold is slightly richer and fuller than the classic Gold. This wine is made entirely with Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes. The result is a dry and fresh sparkling wine with vibrant ripe pear, peach and white blossom aromas, softness and balance with long lasting bubbles.

This prosecco has won numerous awards including: The Sommelier Wine Awards Silver Medal 2019

Real Drinks Dry Dragon:

A fine Sparkling Tea, made using pan-fired Dragonwell green tea, fermented to produce a non-alcoholic Sparkling which is full of flavour and complexity. 

Light and crisp on the nose with notes of honeydew melon and a delicate leafy undertone. Dry and fresh on the palate with flavours of sweet lemons, grapefruit, and a gentle, nutty finish. The perfect partner to summer salads, shellfish, or for all-day sunshine sipping.

Real Drinks Royal Flush:

A fine Sparkling Tea, made using first flush Darjeeling, the Queen of Tea, fermented to produce a non-alcoholic Sparkling which is full of flavour and complexity.
